Yes, all quotes are completely free. Just fill out our contact form or call us, and we’ll schedule a time to measure your space and provide a detailed estimate.
Most residential epoxy or flake flooring projects are completed in one to two days, depending on square footage, condition of the concrete, and weather conditions.
Light foot traffic is typically allowed after about 24 hours, and vehicles can usually park after 48–72 hours depending on the system used and temperature.
We add an anti-slip texture to every coating. It’s designed to provide traction even when wet, making it ideal for garages, basements, and commercial spaces.
Absolutely. We regularly install moisture-resistant LVP, tile, and epoxy coatings in basements, bathrooms, and laundry rooms across Milwaukee.

Yes — but temperature is key. Epoxy and polyaspartic coatings perform best above 55°F. If your garage stays too cold, we recommend scheduling your installation for spring or using a fast-curing polyaspartic system that tolerates cooler temps.
Typically, you can walk on your floor within 24 hours, but we recommend waiting 72 hours before parking vehicles. This gives the coating time to reach full hardness — especially important in Wisconsin’s fluctuating humidity.
Most of our modern coating systems are low-VOC and have only a light odor during application. We also use ventilation fans to minimize any lingering smell. Within a day or two, the odor completely dissipates.
Yes! We start by grinding the surface, filling cracks, and repairing damage before any coating goes down. That prep ensures the coating bonds tightly and lasts for decades — even on older concrete.
You can, but professional prep and mixing are what separate floors that peel after one winter from those that last 15+ years. We handle the grinding, repairs, and chemical mixing for a flawless finish.
